The outer door is unlocked during the time you are at SVAI. When your time is up, the door will automatically lock and it will no longer be possible to enter the sauna.

SVAI Molja:

12 people at the maximum

10 people at drop in

SVAI Kulturhavna:

7 people on drop in

8 people in the private sessions

You have to be 18 years or older at SVAI

Children/adolesence are welcome with an adult

SVAI Molja is a floating construction, and the drain is not always the lowest point.

SVAI Kulturhavna is placed on a trailer, and the ground is not always completely level

We clean the drains at regular intervals.

Feel free to send us an email if you experience that the drain is blocked

Will there be more of you; book a drop-in time before the reservation begins - make sure there is space available. If the timeslot has started and there is space in the sauna - send us an email or give us a call and we will send you an invoice. Remember a maximum of 10 people at drop-in

1 hour and 45 minutes. Watch the time and make sure to be outside before the next group arrives

There is zoned parking in the area. We kindly ask you to use this and pay at the machine or by the app (easy park)

If too much water is thrown on the stove, the fuse may trip for safety reasons.

• SVAI MOLJA: Go into the changing room, open the fuse box and flip the fuse with the oven up.
• SVAI KULTURHAVNA: Pleas call us and we will help you. Our number is on the website.
• Please use moderate amounts of water on the stove
• You can always call us. The phone number is on the website

• Yes, if you want a moist environment, you can pour moderate amounts of fresh water on the stones. Wait until the stones are dry before throwing water again
• Do not use cold water directly on the stove - the stones will crack
• Only fresh water from the oven from the tap, otherwise it will be damaged
  • You get fresh water from the tap under the shower

Standard temperature is around 80 degrees celsius. This may vary a bit, but close or open up the door if you want it hotter og cooler.

• Keep the door to the sauna room closed, otherwise the oven will switch off.
• It can also turn off if there is too much water - a ladle is enough.
  • SVAI Molja: If the oven has turned off, you can check the fuse in the fuse box and flip it up if it is down
  • SVAI Kulturhavna: The fusebox is not available to guests here. Call us and we will help you. The phone number is on the website

Food is not allowed in the sauna room for hygienic reasons

We dont provide WIFI at the sauna

To get a refund, you must cancel no later than 24 hours before the reservation period starts. This also applies in the event of illness
