KULTURHAVNA - Heite

Welcome to Heite and our unique sauna experience at Kulturhavna, beautifully located on the southern side of Brosundet. The sauna door is open when you arrive for your booking, and the temperature is a comfortable around 80 °C, with stunning views towards the charming town center of Ålesund.

During your visit, you can also enjoy a refreshing dip in our historic aquavit barrels, over 50 years old. The barrels are continuously filled with fresh seawater pumped directly from the fjord, meaning the water temperature always matches the sea.

As a guest, you have access to changing rooms, fresh drinking water, and an outdoor freshwater shower.

All you need to bring is swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle.
