Welcome to Kubben
Our cozy wood-fired sauna is located on the beach Gjerdesanden at Giske where you can enjoy spectacular views of the fjords and the Sunnmøre Alps.

Wood-fired
Kubben offers an authentic sauna experience where you light the stove yourself and create a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Heating takes about 30–40 minutes. The sauna is available 30 minutes before your booking if you would like to arrive early and start heating it.

This is not necessary if someone has booked the time slot before you, as the sauna will already be warm. Please check svaisauna.no before your visit.

Firewood is included in the price and ready for use – please do not bring your own

Facilities
Kubben includes a small changing room, an outdoor freshwater shower, and access to fresh drinking water with a tap for refilling your water bottle.

What to bring
All you need to bring is swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle.

You will receive an email with an access code the day before your booking. This code gives you access to the key for the entrance door.
